Revision Policy
At SuperPower IT Consultant, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. The number of revisions you are entitled to depends on the package you’ve selected.
We offer unlimited free revisions, provided that the core design and concept remain the same. There are no additional charges for these revisions.
- Revision Turnaround Time: 48 hours
- Fair Usage Policy:
While we offer unlimited revisions, this policy is intended for fair use. Each project includes up to 30 revisions under our unlimited revision policy.
After this limit, additional revisions may incur extra charges.
My Account
Your My Account area is the primary communication channel between you and our design team. It is your responsibility to check your account regularly for updates, requests, and feedback.
Failure to respond or review updates in your account area does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.
If you are unsure how to use your account area, our customer support team is always available to assist you.
Reactivation Policy
If a client becomes non-responsive for more than 45 days, the project will be considered inactive and will not be eligible for a refund.
However, if you anticipate a delay due to personal reasons, you may request to pause your project by emailing our support team in advance.
If your project remains inactive for more than 45 days and you wish to reactivate it later, a re-initiation fee of $150 will apply.

Delivery Policy
All completed design and development files are delivered to your Account Area as per the timeline mentioned in your Order Confirmation Email.
Once your files are ready, you will also receive an email notification for your convenience.
- Each order includes a unique reference number to help you track progress and submit revision requests easily.
- Standard design deliveries are completed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order.
- For urgent requirements, we offer a Rush Delivery Service, delivering your initial logo samples within 24 hours for an additional fee of $100.
All refund and revision timelines are based on the delivery date recorded in your account area.
