If you prefer not to receive updates or promotional emails, please notify us in writing via email or official correspondence.
Scope of This Policy
This refund policy applies only to the services provided directly by SuperPower IT Consultant and to websites owned or managed by us.
It does not apply to third-party services, external vendors, or partner platforms not operated or controlled by SuperPower IT Consultant.
Filing a Complaint
Client satisfaction is at the heart of our business. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us before submitting a refund request.
We encourage open communication to find a mutually agreeable solution.
If the issue remains unresolved, you may then proceed to formally file a refund request as described below.
Eligibility for Refund
We take every project seriously and aim to deliver according to the agreed scope and timeline. However, refund eligibility may vary depending on the service type.
1. Website Design & Development / Graphic Design
- Full Refund: If the project has not been started or if the initial design has not been approved.
(Refund request must be submitted within 90 days from the date of initial payment.) - Partial Refund: If work has started but remains incomplete after design approval. The amount refunded will depend on project progress.
- No Refund: Once the project has been completed and uploaded to your server.
2. Logo & Brochure Design
- Full Refund: If the project has not been started or the initial design has not been approved.
- Partial Refund: If delivery is delayed or not as per the agreed timeline after initial approval.
- No Refund: Once final deliverables have been completed and delivered.
3. Web Programming / Development Services
- Full Refund: If the project has not been initiated.
- Partial Refund: If we fail to meet agreed delivery terms without a prior refund agreement.
The refund amount will be determined based on completed versus pending work.
4. Dedicated Hiring / Offshore Staffing
- Full Refund: If the assigned resource has not yet started the work.
- Proportionate Refund: If the client cancels midway, a refund may be issued for uncompleted work.
- No Refund: Once the assigned resource has completed the agreed deliverables.
(If dissatisfied, please inform our project manager immediately. Late refund or discount claims will not be accepted.)
Note:
All other services mentioned on our website follow the same general terms:
- Full refund if the project has not been started or approved.
- Partial refund for delayed or incomplete delivery after initial approval.
- No refund once the final work has been completed and delivered.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:
- Pending or incomplete payments.
- Delays caused by lack of required information or communication from the client.
- Delays or issues due to missing project inputs or unresponsiveness.
- Compensation for delivery delays unless a signed agreement specifies a penalty.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the unfinished portion of the project.
SuperPower IT Consultant will not be liable for any indirect loss, delay, or damages resulting from incomplete or cancelled work.
Refunds are only applicable when cancellation is requested in writing by the client.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Full Refunds: Processed within 45–50 business days of cancellation confirmation.
- Partial Refunds: Processed within 120–180 business days, depending on the project type.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the original transaction (e.g., credit card or bank transfer).
Policy Updates
SuperPower IT Consultant reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
We encourage all clients to review this page periodically.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes made.

Please note:
- Once a refund is issued, all associated design and development rights revert to SuperPower IT Consultant.
- You may not use, reproduce, or display any part of the refunded project.
- SuperPower IT Consultant may register copyright ownership of the refunded work with relevant authorities to prevent reuse as original content.
